On January 15, 2025, we invited 40 beauty influencers to join us for an intimate, hands-on experience at Candle Land, a boutique candle-making studio nestled in the heart of Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale. But this wasn’t your typical beauty event. Instead of a standard product showcase, we crafted an experience that allowed our guests to step away from the beauty world for a moment and immerse themselves in something equally creative—while still tying everything back to our coffee-inspired bronzers in the most thoughtful way.

More Than Makeup – An Experience to Remember

From the moment our guests arrived, they were welcomed into a fully branded Palladio space, where every little detail was designed to make the event feel special. Custom-embroidered aprons, branded coffee cups, and even signature bathroom stickers ensured the Palladio Brand was felt at every turn. The scent of fresh coffee lingered in the air, perfectly complementing our Cream Bronzer collection, inspired by the rich, warm hues of your favorite lattes and cappuccinos.

At the candle-making workshop, each influencer had the chance to personalize their creation—choosing their glass color, selecting a signature scent, and decorating their candle tops with dried flowers and embellishments. It was a chance to slow down, get creative, and connect—not just with the Palladio team but with each other.

Because at the end of the day, this event wasn’t just about makeup. It was about building community.

Of course, no beauty event is complete without a little glam. We set up two makeup stations, where professional artists introduced our guests to the new Cream Bronzer and offered personalized tutorials on how to achieve the perfect sun-kissed glow. As influencers swatched and blended, conversations flowed—about favorite beauty hacks, content creation, and everything in between.

With a fully catered spread of delicious, healthy snacks and a custom coffee bar serving up lattes, matcha, and espresso, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and effortlessly chic—exactly how we envisioned it.
